We at Schiedsrichter.de are a medium -sized family business that has been active in the referee industry worldwide for 50 years. As a provider of high -quality products and services related to sport, we attach great importance to quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for you-a commercial specialist in sales/service/e-commerce (m/f/d)-who wants to contribute with enthusiasm and strategic thinking.
Your tasks
- You process orders, maintain our product data in the online shop and are the contact person: in for our customers.
- You are familiar with the fact that the phone and e-mail inside and actively support in the new customer acquisition.
- You create offers, support in the aftersales service and advise our products and services.
- You take care of the order processing and maintenance of our customer master data.
- Together with our team, you work on the strategic development of our online shop.
You bring that with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in the field of e-commerce or sales.
- Flowing knowledge of English in spoken and written.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- First professional experience is desirable - but also motivated young professionals: inside are very welcome.
- Enthusiasm for sport, ideally football, or even his own experience as a referee: in.
- Teamwork, communication skills and strategic thinking are among your strengths.
