Please note that the processing time for production is approximately 3-4 weeks is.
In order to produce your individual ear mold, an ear impression or 3D scan by a hearing aid acoustician of your choice is required on site. The costs for this must be borne by the customer/you yourself.

This is how it works:
1. Order the earmold specifying the side of the ear (left or right)

2. After ordering, you will receive a DHL stamp within the next working day to send in the ear impression free of charge by email

3. Have an ear impression made by your local hearing care professional - the costs for this are to be borne by the customer/you.
(digitally as a stl. file or send us the hardware by post - you will receive a free DHL return label)

4. Take a photo of your facial profile (selfie from the side where the headset is worn)

5. Send your ear impression (ear impression) to us as a file or hardware together with the photo (also by email).

6. We have your individual ear mold made in Germany

7. As soon as it is made, we will send you the earpiece (currently around 3-4 weeks processing time)

Using state-of-the-art technology, the earmold is manufactured based on your individual ear impression to ensure a tailored fit
