🤝 Shaping the future: Schiedsrichter.de and Saxony's talents 🏆 - With

Last weekend we, the team from Schiedsrichter.dehad the pleasure of visiting the talented referees of our partner association, the Saxon Football Association. This meeting took place at the Werdau Sports School and marked the final touches before the season finale.

Our focus was on presenting the latest generation of Spintso-referee headsets, which we equip the elite group of referees with. This technological innovation is part of our ongoing collaboration with the association and underlines our commitment to the further development of refereeing.

The event also provided an excellent platform for exchange between the referee talents and our team, represented by Andreas Klee and Daniel Bersch. The importance of neurocentric-cognitive training, led by personal trainer Robert Nitzsche from Chemnitz, was the focus of the three-hour intensive theory and practice session. This innovative approach to referee training sets new standards in the promotion of decision-making on the pitch.

In addition to this technical training, conformity and video tests were carried out to prepare all participants for the challenges of the upcoming matches. We are looking forward to the rest of the season with great anticipation.
